With over 20 years of experience in ESG finance, sustainability, and impact, Michael is a senior advisor and thought leader to funds, companies, investors and governments around the world. He is Chairman of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance Association, a consortium of leading institutional investors with AUM of over £10 trillion, and sits on the advisory boards for funds in the EU, US, Canada and Asia. Michael is also the former CEO of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the largest sustainability standard in the world. Previously, Michael has also served as vice chair of the Natural Capital Coalition, CEO of Carbonetworks, and is adjunct professor of Sustainable Finance for Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, Canada. Throughout his career, Michael has worked with the White House, the UN, the World Economic Forum, and many other organizations in his mission to improve the state of the world through sustainable finance.

Through his network in the public and private sector he has helped to deliver project financing and impact programmes through a variety of capital sources across government (Prosperity Funds, Go Global, Growth Gateway), NGO’s (Endeavour, EIT) as well as corporate and ventures investors.
Stephen serves as a founding partner at Arrow Innovation and has served as an EIR to SetSquared, the EU’s leading business incubator as well as serving as director and advisor to a number of UK-based and international firms. Previously as a co-founder of iVeridis and Carbonetworks, a pioneer of business-driven analysis of greenhouse gas and environmental data, he has developed a strong understanding of business issues relating to sustainability and finance and has created an extensive network of individuals and corporations looking to improve global sustainable performance.
Ken is a corporate development professional with diverse capital markets experience across a variety of innovation focused sectors. He serves as General Partner of Osborne Partners Ltd. A middle market mergers & acquisitions and debt advisory firm.
Previously Ken worked with venture stage companies in an investment banking capacity, raising over $100M for companies pursuing a public listing in Canada. He also served on the M&A team at TELUS, a $50B telecom, leading their entrance into the agtech sector through over $200M in acquisitions. In total Ken has been part of over 30 transactions across M&A, equity, and debt capital.
Bogdan is an experienced technology executive, entrepreneur, and founder of several software development companies. He has over thirty international, peer-reviewed publications involving
artificial intelligence (AI) and a reviewer of numerous high-quality international journals and conferences. He is currently an specialist for Amazon Web Services in artificial intelligence and
machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering. Bogdan holds a PhD in artificial intelligence, as well as an MBA from the University of Surrey.
Zac is one of the youngest people in the history of the Toronto Stock Exchange records to be the Founder of a Capital Pool Company, a publicly traded acquisition corporation. With strong transaction experience and a proven ability to complete private equity and capital markets transactions, Zac previously served as a Merchant Banking and Venture Capital Associate for a high-net-worth family office that has completed hundreds of millions of dollars of venture capital transactions. He is a founding team member at a Canadian sustainable technology investment company with over fifteen portfolio investments.
